"But fire Pokemon types are so warm!" Ash protested, snuggling more into Sasuke. "And a good trainer sleeps with his pokemon to make sure they feel connected and safe! That's the only way you're going to evolve into a higher type!"
Sasuke realized Ash's words held some strange unintentional truth in them. He suddenly had a new understanding for Itachi's prediliction to kill his family. Especially if the in-laws were like Ash.
